Description

To oversee the implementation and maintenance of standard costing system

• Including job costing

• Variance analysis, and

• Inventory costing and controls.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in accounting and at least 3 years of manufacturing cost accounting experience.

• Good knowledge of IBM AS400, and Infor/MAPICS XA software.

• Strong M/S Excel skills.

• Ability to communicate and work closely with Production and Purchasing to optimize costs.

Project/Lead Engineer

Requirements

• BSME or equivalent degree

• 5+ years experience, Self starter, organized, multi tasking

                        heavy mobile equipment design experience required including knowledge of                               mobile electrical and hydraulic systems.

Design Engineer

Requirements

• Two or Four year technical degree related to mechanical design

• 2-15 years modeling and drafting experience with large equipment, large weldment, hydraulic routing experience a plus, electrical routing experience a plus, stress static calculations a plus

Manufacturing Engineer

Description

The successful candidate will perform process engineering for both fabricated and machined parts, as well as assemblies.

• Assist the engineering department in design and tolerances for manufacturability.

• Design or specify machining, fabrication and assembly tooling as needed.

• Assist the machining, welding, and assembly departments with daily trouble shooting, scrap reduction, increasing efficiency, tooling, and fixture design modifications.   

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Unigraphics 3-D solid CAD system and or Unigraphics Solid Edge CAD package.

• Work experience in manufacturing time estimation and measurement. 

• 2-4 year technical degree in manufacturing/industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or manufacturing/industrial engineering technology,

• At least one year of work experience.

Purchasing Buyer

Description

Will handle the outsourcing of our products as well as buying components and raw material.  

• To identify purchasing requirements

• Prepare solicitations

• Conduct supplier analysis

• Negotiate prices and delivery

• Prepare and issue purchase orders

Requirements

• A manufacturing background is preferred, but will consider someone with only general purchasing experience.   

• Bachelors Degree – with minimum of 3 years experience in purchasing

• Strong computer skills; Proficient with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets

• Good communications skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work closely with Production and engineering to optimize costs.

• Manufacturing Background – Heavy Fabrication Preferred 

Product Support Representative

Description

Responsible for supervising assembly, trouble shooting, and commissioning of new equipment in the field.

Requirements
                  

• Minimum of two years experience in the service and repair of heavy mobile equipment
• Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office.
• A two or four year technical education in heavy equipment a plus
• Domestic and international travel is required

Marketing Representative
Description

Responsible for customer assistance and recommendations in the area of job estimates, machine requirements, and field advice whenever in the best interest of the customer and the company can be served. Work on the details of responding to tender documents from customers and assist the Product Support Group and Parts group in parts stocking and Customer Support Agreements when needed.

Assistant Parts Manager

Description

This position provides repair parts support to our customers and reports directly to the Parts Manager.

• Responsible for internal parts expediting and parts order management

• Technical assistance in the development of repair parts lists;

• Developing recommended spares requirements and rebuild parts requirements
• Fielding day-to-day parts enquiries from our customers

Requirements                  

• A technical background together with previous Parts Management experience and computer skills including Microsoft Office applications are essential requirements
• Heavy mobile equipment service or OEM experience with Dealer Networks would be a plus.

Requirements

• Requires minimum 2 years of experience utilizing dual shield flux cored welding processes.

•  Able to weld heavy plate in all positions. The ability to read and understand fabrication drawings is a plus.

Welding Inspector

Requirements

• Applicant must welding experience, have or be able to obtain a AWS/CWI certificate, interpret structural, machining and fabrication drawings and have a thorough knowledge of welding codes and procedures working with a variety of structural steels and welding processes.

Assembly Mechanic

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in assembly of heavy machinery or heavy equipment repair.

•  Must be able to read blueprints and determine assembly sequence.

Experienced Machinist

Requirements

•  2 or 4 year machinist apprenticeship graduate; or 2 year manufacturing Degree; or documentable equivalent experience.

•  At least 3 years of hands on machining experience with large fabricated or cast steel parts.

•  Experience operating a large CNC horizontal boring mill, and, or, a large CNC flatbed lathe  with soft jaws and steady rest.

•  Must be able to do own setups on above machine tools, and understand NC programs.

•  Must be able to read modern manufacturing drawings with geometric dimensioning and  tolerancing.

•  Must be able to inspect own work.

•  Must be a highly motivated energetic self starter; able to work accurately and safely at a fast  pace.

Maintenance Millwright Mechanic

Requirements

• Qualified candidates will have 5 years of experience.

•  Working knowledge of electrical components and 3 phase power is desirable.

• Requires the ability to repair, maintain, adjust, align and lubricate mechanical and hydraulic components of production machines and equipment, such as machine shop machine tools (lathes, mills, grinders, gear cutters, etc.), metal fabricating equipment, material handling systems, overhead cranes and lift trucks.
